Apatinib successfully administered in malignant tumour patients with severe hypotension: a case series, literature review, and considerations for treatment

Abstract: The most notable side-effect of apatinib, a novel antiangiogenic agent for the treatment of cancer, is hypertension, but there are few published studies regarding the use of apatinib to treat patients with cancer and severe hypotension.
