Abstract

Conclusions: CAMIR-R was reliable to assess attachment in psychosis. Persons with schizophrenia-spectrum disorders show a signiQicant impaired SF and a higher prevalence of insecure attachment. Several attachment dimensions predict speciQic areas of SF, regardless of symptom severity.
