This research was conducted in a service that exists in a book printing company. In the author's observations when observing the object of research, it was found that the problem was that product sales had not been centered on one medium. In addition, sales are made by several employees through their personal social media. The purpose of this research is to make an application so that it can become the main media in sales and will make the admin as the main character in customer service. In this study the authors collected data by observation, interviews and literature study. With application development using the prototyping method, this research will be easy because there will be interaction with application users. And for data analysis the author uses SWOT to suit the application development method which also includes interaction with the user. From this research, it produces a simple application that can be used for product sales media so that it no longer requires personal social media for company employees. And the use of applications can help overcome customer service so that they can communicate with the admin.
