Apoptotic colopathy: a pragmatic approach to diagnosis

Abstract: ‘Apoptotic colopathy’ is an umbrella term signifying a pattern of injury where the gastrointestinal biopsy shows a colitic picture with apoptosis as the predominant histological feature.
