Apoptotic Signaling Pathways in Cancer

Abstract: Apoptosis, called programmed cell death, is one of the most important cellular mechanisms regulating the elimination of harmful and unnecessary cells. This tightly regulated suicide program is very important in the development and maintenance of tissue homeostasis.
