Abstract: The doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) is vulnerable to grid faults due to its direct stator connection, causing issues like excess stator current during voltage dips. Consequently, sensitive inverters suffer from increased currents, and the DC-link capacitor undergoes overcharging.
