Application of a new position in endoscopic combined intrarenal surgery: modified prone split-leg position

Abstract: Background: Endoscopic combined intrarenal surgery (ECIRS) well established as a minimally invasive procedure for is treatment of multiple urolithiasis. The position is the key to the perfect combination of Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS).
