Abstract:This study aimed to evaluate the sampling method for the detection of
Ascaris
suum
larval DNA in chicken livers using real-time PCR. Chickens were inoculated
with
A. suum
eggs of a single dose (Group A) or repeatedly low doses
(Group B). White spots (WSs) were continuously observed on liver from day 3 after the last
