Abstract:This review is purposed to highlight the potential of finding novel antibiotics by screening various metabolites of actinomycetes. A significant global issue is drug-resistant bacteria and fungi that cause infectious illnesses. The emergence of multi-drug resistant Salmonella species have caused immense public health concern due to the resulting negative impacts.
