Application of Beta-lactam Therapeutic Drug Monitoring in Clinical Practice Using HPLC

Abstract: In beta-lactam therapy, investigation of the pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) relationship has provided surrogate makers to predict clinical outcome.
