Nowadays, the rise of various unexpected incidents on a global scale makes the management and control of emergency transportation popular research in the field of the transportation infrastructure network. The development of digital technologies has injected new impetus into emergency traffic management in recent years. Such advancement poses a significant impact on the efficiency of evacuation, resource dispatching, and supplies technical support for the construction of emergency transportation system. In this study, we review recent literature on digital emergency disposal technologies of the transportation infrastructure network, including geographic information system (GIS), Internet of things (IoT), cooperative vehicle infrastructure system (CVIS), big data technology, and intelligent transportation system (ITS), etc. It is found that digital technologies have unique advantages and application potential in the prevention, early warning, and rescue of unexpected accidents than traditional emergency transportation management. Finally, we summarize the characteristics of the current effort and propose future research directions.

Abstract-As technology continues to advance, the need to create benchmark or standards for systems becomes a necessity so as to ensure that these new advanced systems functions at its maximum capacity over a long period of time without any failure, fault or errors occurring. The internet of things technology promises a broad range of exciting products and services, with car tracking technology as part of the broad range of technological concept under the internet of things paradigm. The car tracking technology involves deploying some basic internet of things components into the tracking of important transportation component; the basic principle behind any technological concept involves delivery of high quality product that conforms to specifications. In this paper, the concept and technological description about the internet of things is discussed with emphasis on the principal functional component, this is to enable a broaden conceptualization about car tracking technology because it needs to function correctly, at all time. The concept of reliability engineering is also discussed in respect to an important quality factor, which entails that systems must function correctly without fault, failure or errors, it provides benchmark, principles, or standards in which the internet of things system must possess for an increased quality assurance.

Abstract-The field of usability, user experience (UX) design and human-computer interaction (HCI) arose in the realm of desktop computers and applicat ions. The current experience in co mputing has radically evolved into ubiquitous computing over the preceding years. Interactions these days take place on different devices: mobile phones, e-readers and smart TVs, amid numerous smart devices. The use of one service across mult iple devices is, at present, common with different form factors. Academic researchers are still try ing to figure out the best design techniques for new devices and experiences. The Internet of Things (IoT) is growing, with an ever wider range of daily objects acquiring connectivity, sensing ability and increased computing power. Designing for IoT raises a lot of challenges; the obvious difference being the much wider variety of device form factors. IoT is still a technically driven field, thus the usability of many of IoT products is, in some way, of the level anticipated of mature consumer products. This study focuses on proposing a usability evaluation criterion for the generic IoT architecture and essential technological components.
