Advanced mechanization strategies such as site specific crop management machinery, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), robotic harvesters relies greatly on the precision technologies and IoT. Present networks (3G/4G), WiFi are in limited availability and bandwidth that cause delays in data transfer (latency) and hinder effective data transfer. But high-speed communication system, reliable and secured data connection is required for precision agriculture, cyber physical management systems and use of IoT in farm operations. Loss of data connection between devices, sensors or data servers’ impacts the precision and effectiveness of technology applied. High data transfer volumes and low latency data exchange were the major advantages of 5G technology, facilitates its use in precision farming and IoT applications in a most efficient way. It also enables the autonomous and robotic machinery for various operations in the aspects of agriculture and livestock production. The major application of 5G in mechanization is control systems for robotic harvesters, drones, autonomous vehicles, surveillance etc. Remote locations such as hill farms has the inherent constraints such as remoteness, marginality, slope etc., remains underutilized, can be developed with advanced communication systems. Even though there are several constraints in adoption of 5G technology, such as shortage in electricity supply, lower range coverage, the technology can ensure raise in agricultural production through mechanization. The chapter discusses the advancements in application of 5G technology in agricultural mechanization.

This work offers a YOLOv7-CO model for the identification of student classroom behavior to solve the issue of false detection and missed detection caused by challenging extraction of student behavior characteristics and diversity of student behaviors in complicated and packed classroom settings. In the feature extraction part, the Coordinate Attention mechanism is introduced, so that the model can focus on the extraction of target information when extracting features and improve the accuracy of detection. And the Omni-dimensional Dynamic Convolution is introduced to neck of the model to enhance the network’s extraction and fusion of diverse features to improve the accuracy of the detection model and maintain effective inference. It is validated on a dataset of six types of classroom behaviors. The experimental results show that the YOLOv7-CO model can successfully predict students’ classroom behaviors, and the model has a mAP of 84.0% and a detection speed of up to 24.63 frames per second, which is better than the original and comparison models.

Radiation technology is widely adopted in the healthcare industry 4.0 for food due to its advantages in insecticidal sterilization, reducing product microbial levels, and extending shelf life. The irradiation processing of health food mainly focuses on raw material irradiation, with less involvement in finished product irradiation. Although the national regulatory authorities have issued various regulations and standards, they still cannot meet regulatory needs. The interpretation of unsafe food should be combined with food safety standards, using a functionalist interpretation method to distinguish between substantive and non-substantive standards. This study analyzes the current application status, application basis, and regulatory policies of irradiation technology in Pakistan's health food industry, and proposes the main problems and work suggestions from the perspective of standardization. It can provide reference for the subsequent revision of national food safety standards and the construction of standard systems. This study also overviews the new innovations in industry 4.0 for food healthcare and management. Following this interpretation and application method not only helps to achieve legislative objectives, but also ensures fairness in individual cases.
