With the rapid development of the national economy, the construction industry is unprecedentedly active and has made great achievements. However, most traditional structural design is based on the personal experience of designers. In order to improve the production efficiency of furniture, it is necessary to optimize it. Since the evaluation criteria mainly depend on people’s subjective thoughts, it is difficult to describe the individual’s adaptive function. In this paper, an interactive innovation evolution system based on evolutionary algorithm is proposed. Taking full advantage of the evolution function of genetic algorithm and the modeling advantages of ACIS platform, a prototype innovation evolution system is developed based on ACIS/hoops platform with the genetic algorithm based on tree structure as the innovation support, which can help designers complete the innovation modeling design. The results show that the total processing time of the sorting scheme obtained by this algorithm is reduced by 2475.2 s, the production efficiency is increased by 20.6%, and the job waiting time is reduced by 15079.2 s. The results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective in solving the furniture production scheduling problem. The furniture production scheduling scheme solved by genetic algorithm can provide certain reference value for production personnel to formulate production scheduling scheme and improve production efficiency.

The success of institutions is in providing good services to customers through making various and strategic decisions as quickly and accurately as possible. Expert systems are important in making strategic decisions by improving the quality of decision-making. An expert system is an information system that relies on systems based on knowledge bases. It may also contain a knowledge base in a particular field and advanced programming methods that make a computer capable of thinking, deducing, and providing advice and expertise. This research aims to improve the period of time in decision making by using multiple experts systems and decision support system. The new system is implemented in MATLAB. For analyzing the proposed system, the data is collected by the questionnaire method and distributing 70 questionnaires to managers, heads of departments, employees, and those responsible for making various decisions in the institution under study. The valid questionnaires were 63. A questionnaire and the data were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS). Based on the obtained data, the linguistic variables were created for the time period of the data, and the skills of the decision-maker as inputs for the proposed expert system, and a stage was added to the stages of the proposed expert system to diagnose the problem and set the goal to obtain the correct strategic decision. To obtain this advantage, let’s use expert systems compared to traditional methods of decision-making

Research on the design of an expert system to diagnose Mathematics Teaching Efficacy Beliefs (MTEB) using the Certainty Factor method was the first to be developed. The MTEB instrument was first initiated by Enoch and transformed into an expert system application using the paradigm of modified waterfall software development to sequential or sequential testing steps, ranging from analysis, design, coding, and testing. Data calculation and analysis using the certainty factor method assumes the user's choice is not exact and is at a certain interval. The weighting of expert values from MTEB items is carried out by two experts in the field of mathematics education. Meanwhile, the weight of user consultation uses five approval options, namely strongly agree, agree, simply agree, disagree, and disagree, successively represented by -0.2, -0.1, 0, 0.1, and 0.2. The results of the study gave success to each page of the diagnosis application, and the accuracy rate of the MTEB diagnosis was about 98%. The implication of this research is recommendations for related stakeholders to be followed up so that the MTEB of mathematics teachers becomes even better.
