Environmental education is one of the keys to people, especially students, having an awareness of protecting the environment. This qualitative study aims to investigate the best ways for school committees to play a role and how to adopt strategic management for environmental education to be sustained over the long term. The research subjects comprised one principal, five teachers, five students, and three school committee members. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies related to the strategic planning process and the role of school committees. The findings demonstrated that schools had to adopt a strategic management approach to accomplish environmental education goals, including formulation, implementation, assessment, and control. The first four years of school focused on implementing environmental education in school. For the next four years, the focus shifts to civilizing the environment within the school's internal environment. In the third four years, the school concentrates on acculturating the external environment. The school committee plays a vital role in implementing environmental education by considering school regulations, supervising, supporting schools financially, and actively participating in the process. This research implies that this research can be a basis for further research, especially in strategic planning and school committees.

Learning mathematics is possible because of problems in learning facts, concepts, operations and principles. Students who need help teaching mathematics often make mistakes in counting. This research aims to analyze the difficulties experienced by students in fractional material with the types of intelligent thinking, feeling and sensing in learning mathematics. This research approach uses a qualitative approach to document study and interviews. The sample in this study was fourth-grade elementary school students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Primary data and secondary data are the source of data in this study. The instrument used is in the form of interview sheets and questions regarding fractional material in mathematics lessons. Data analysis was carried out based on the Miles and Huberman model. Based on the results of the STIFIn test, it was found that the Feeling, Sensing and Thinking students were superior in mastering the concept of fractions to the Instinct and Intuiting students. Furthermore, students' strategies in developing fractional problem-solving strategies are comparing fractions with other simple standard fractions, comparing fractions based on the denominator and quantifier, and making fraction representations in the form of flat structures to understand and compare fractions.

Motivations have shown great influences in people’s acceptance of technologies, this can be concluded from previous research in the field of technology acceptance. This study investigates the relationship between the Self-Determination Theory of Motivation and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and confirms a significant relationship across most of the variables in the theories. The study offered an expanded Technology acceptance model (TAM) in the context of a massive open online course (MOOC), based on self-determination theory (SDT). By investigating the effect of autonomy, competence and relatedness on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitudes. The findings show a statistically significant positive relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and attitudes. Results indicate that autonomy and relatedness have a statistically significant positive influence on attuited but the influence of competence was not statistically significant. Moreover, results show a statistically significant influence of autonomy and relatedness influence on perceived ease of use but the influence of competence was not statistically significant. Also, results show a statistically significant relationship between autonomy, and competence but not statistically significant for relatedness.
