Schizophrenia is a psychotic condition that affects an individual's areas of functioning, including thinking, communicating, receiving, interpreting reality, feeling and expressing emotions as well as a chronic illness characterized by chaotic thoughts, delusions, hallucinations and strange behavior. Violent behavior toward others is an aggressive action intended to injure or kill another person. Violent behavior towards the environment can be in the form of behavior that destroys the environment, throwing glass, tiles and everything in the environment (Putri et al., 2018). This condition must be treated immediately because violent behavior that occurs can endanger the patient, other people and the environment (Hasannah, 2019). Purpose: The purpose of this research is to provide mental nursing care to Mr. D at Prof. Mental Hospital. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem. the research method used was a case study using psychiatric nursing care at Mr.D DI in the regional mental hospital Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ildrem. Obtained data on clients who experience the Risk of Violent Behavior. The client's medical diagnosis is paranoid schizophrenia. With a nursing diagnosis the risk of violent behavior, sensory perception disorders and self-care deficits. The results of the case study after nursing care was carried out by applying the implementation strategy of 15 meeting sessions showed a decrease in signs and symptoms of the risk of violent behavior, hallucinations, self-care deficits. The results of the analysis show that nursing interventions by implementing implementation strategies (SP) can reduce signs and symptoms of the risk of violent behavior in patients after being given nursing actions.
