Abstract:The article presents an analysis of the state of physical health of student youth and the influence of various factors on their well-being, which showed that most students have a low or below average level of physical health. The main problems identified include physical inactivity, increased mental and psychological stress, harmful habits, insufficient sleep, poor nutrition, stress, and improper posture.
