Application of nested-qPCR-High resolution melting (HRM) technology on Strongyloides stercoralis isolates from Iran

Abstract: Purpose Strongyloides stercoralis is a parasite with special characteristics presenting it as a unique nematode. Iran is an endemic area for S. stercoralis.
