Application of Ordinal Optimization to Reactive Volt-Ampere Sources Planning Problems

Abstract: Reactive volt-ampere sources planning is an effort to determine the most effective investment plan for new reactive sources at given load buses while ensuring appropriate voltage profile and satisfying operational constraints.
