Abstract:Mucopolysaccharidoses (MPSs) is a major group of the Lysosomal storage disorders (LSDs) with defective degradation of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) due to deficiency of certain lysosomal enzymes. Enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) or bone marrow transplantation are the key therapeutic options available for MPS disorders.
