Abstract:Zinc fluoride (ZnF 2) was deposited on a silicon substrate by changing temperature of a pyroelectric crystal of LiTaO 3 on which ionic liquid (EMI-Tf 2 N) containing zinc ions was dripped at 1 Pa. ZnF 2 was also obtained by bombarding argon ions on EMI-Tf 2 N containing zinc ions. From these results, it is concluded that EMI-Tf 2 N containing zinc ions on the LiTaO 3 crystal was evaporated on the silicon substrate by changing temperature of the LiTaO 3 crystal in vacuum and that the evaporated EMI-Tf 2 N conta… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
