In the present work, the general objective is to determine the impact of the improvement proposal in the production areas on the productivity of the company PANADERA in the city of Trujillo through the proposal of a quality management system. This study is diagnostic and proactive. In the first place, the diagnosis of the current situation of the company was made using the Ishikawa tool, managing to find the problems that are currently generating losses for the company. In addition, the Pareto Diagram was used to evaluate the importance in terms of the impact of each root cause found in the situational diagnosis. Then each root cause was monetized resulting in the company losing S/ 63,483.02. Subsequently, it was divided between variable and attributes allowing to apply the control charts for each root cause, to corroborate the data obtained, the Minitab software was used. On the other hand, a proposal was made where the AMFE matrix, quality house (QFD) and the DMAIC Six Sigma were used, where improvements were made taking into account the requirements and expectations of the client, the potential failures that the company could present and Z level was measured both before and after the improvements made. Finally, a projected cash flow was made where the analysis of the investment and operating expenses was carried out, resulting in a saving of S/ 27,195.83 from the losses that the company was having, it was determined that the proposal is viable because through a projection of 10 years the solution proposal generates a GO of S/44,358.11, anIRR of 58.27% and a PRI of 3.9 years.
