Abstract:Objectives The novel immunosuppressive therapy has prolonged graft survival after transplantation. Immunosuppressants are drugs with narrow therapeutic index and intraindividual pharmacokinetic variability. Nonadherence to immunosuppressive therapy will lead to over or under-exposure of immunosuppressants leading to graft rejection.
