“…In this research study, in accordance with the characteristics of the ore‐controlling system and the basic geological law of the gold–polymetallic deposits in the Xiaoshan District, as well as the restrictions of topography, geomorphology, vegetation, and so on, a geophysical method and a ground‐wire short‐offset TEM technique (SOTEM) were adopted. Then, through experimental testing (Xue et al, ; Xue, Chen, & Zhou, ; Chen et al, ; Chen, Xue, Khan, & Li, ), the proposed new strategy's abilities for the detection of deep‐seated deposits were demonstrated.
