Application of Uniform Design Genetic Algorithm in Separation Condition Optimization of 14 Drugs

Abstract: Abstract--An optimization method based on uniform design in conjunction with genetic algorithm was developed and applied in the optimization of separation condition of 14 drugs in reversedphase ion pair chromatography and satisfactory optimal result was obtained.
