Application of Viscous Pressure Forming in Aeronautics and Astronautics

Abstract: Viscous pressure forming (VPF) is a new developed sheet soft-punch forming process in 1900s. The basic principle and characteristics of VPF are described. The applications of VPF technologies of nickel-based super-alloy corrugated thin-walled part, asymmetrical thin-wall part with variable diameter, super-alloy thin-walled part with variable diameters, corrugated thin-walled part with larger diameter and small section are presented. The results show that VPF is suitable for the forming of parts with high stren… Show more

“…However, it is only applicable to target positioning in a static background (Wang and Li, 2013); Jiang uses a template-based matching method to locate the target ball in the image. However, the algorithm has a large amount of calculation and is seriously affected by the environment (Jiang et al , 2014); Li and Xie (2014) use a particle filter algorithm to track and locate moving targets, but the tracking accuracy is low. Brand (2002) uses the method of singular value decomposition to obtain the solution of subspace learning and realize the adaptive tracking of the target; Mei et al used sparse constraints in the reconstruction coefficient to obtain the apparent model of tracking the target and achieve the tracking of the target (Xue and Ling, 2010); Jia et al (2012) use local sparse representation and alignment pooling to model the apparent target, and its tracking results have better robustness to local occlusion and illumination change.…”

“…With 60 KB flash memory, 2 KB RAM, 12-bit ADC, 2 USCI and HW multiplier. Using 64 LQFP and 64 VQFN encapsulation, supply power is from 1.8V to 3.6V and the standby current is lower than 1 A µ [5].It is used for a wide range of applications including consumer electronics, data logging applications, portable medical instruments, and low power metering.…”
