Applied Osmotic Loading for Promoting Development of Engineered Cartilage

Abstract: This study investigated the potential use of static osmotic loading as a cartilage tissue engineering strategy for growing clinically relevant grafts from either synovium-derived stem cells (SDSCs) or chondrocytes.
