DM classification methodology are often used for talent statement, particularly for employee's job promotion. within the planned system the assorted classifier algorithms are going to be applied on Talent dataset to spot the talent set so as to judge the performance of the individual. Finally counting on accuracy one best suited classifier is chosen this method has been used to construct classification rules to predict the potential talent that helps in determining whether or not the individual is acceptable for promotion or not.
