Approach of ICT Application to Governance in Urban Planning

Abstract: Abstract. This article discusses the use of information and communication technologies (ICT)at the local level of governance in the field of urban planning. It is based on a literature review, in order to define a set of considerations about their use in the urban context and the challenges ahead on this domain.
