The development of state information systems, state electronic services, and electronic government systems require special approaches. However, at present, the requirements for the design notation of domestic state software are not defined and fixed. In the established practice, in the development of state software projects with a certain specificity and increased social significance, already existing technological solutions used in the private business are applied to the state information systems for various state departments of the Russian Federation. For the design of the state information systems and state e-services, it is suggested to use the unified methodology proposed by the authors, which includes subjects and objects, actions and processes, administrative restrictions, the IDEF0 standard, workflow class notation, the UML standard. The use of the proposed unified design methodology significantly structures, unifies and simplifies state software development. The advantages of using the proposed approach are illustrated in the implemented project to create a domestic customs inspection system.

A Quantitative Review of the Research on Business Process Management in Digital Transformation: A Bibliometric Approach

In recent years, research on digital transformation (DT) and business process management (BPM) has gained significant attention in the field of business and management. This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of global research on DT and BPM from 2007 to 2022. A total of 326 papers were selected from Web of Science and Scopus for analysis. Using bibliometric methods, we evaluated the current state and future research trends of DT and BPM. Our analysis reveals that the number of publications on DT and BPM has grown significantly over time, with the Business Process Management Journal being the most active. The countries that have contributed the most to this field are Germany (with four universities in the top 10) and the USA. The Business Process Management Journal is the most active in publishing research on digital transformation and business process management. The analysis showed that “artificial intelligence” is a technology that has been studied extensively and is increasingly asserted to influence companies’ business processes. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights from the co-citation network analysis. Based on our findings, we provide recommendations for future research directions on DT and BPM. This study contributes to a better understanding of the current state of research on DT and BPM and provides insights for future research.

Modern production is impossible to imagine without integrated data management information systems that ensure the stability of technological, financial, logistical and other processes. The concept is based on the construction of a single information space based on advanced information technologies. One of the key aspects of building a single information space of the enterprise is the integration of automated systems of all divisions of the enterprise into a single information space. The implementation of such a concept is the key to improving the efficiency of production processes, reducing the time of development and launch of new products, increasing the total output. Moreover, it happens with the simultaneous deep integration of project teams of different departments into a single highly professional team of the company, which aims to achieve a common goal. This approach requires appropriate transformations of the information space of the enterprise. The paper considers the elements of the information space, their parameters and relationships that form a single information space of a manufacturing enterprise with critical infrastructure. The elements of the information space are presented in the form of separate nodes with established connections in a fully connected topology. The algorithm for restoring the parameters of atomic elements of the information space in a single information space and the algorithm for identifying the input atomic elements of the information space in a single information space are described. The latter is based on a step-by-step analysis of the features of the object using queries to enable it to make decisions to identify it. The method of identification of the input element of the information space in the information space has been tested with the help of machine learning methods.
