Approaches to the Formulation of Russia’s Technological Priorities

Abstract: T he paper proposes a model for verifying ways to identify scientific-technological priorities in Russia and suggests instruments for their implementation and adjustment. Our model for the identification of priorities is based on Russia's socio-economic development goals, and takes into account the impact of different scientific and technological development scenarios on the implementation of models of socio-economic arrangement.
