Approaching attometer laser vibrometry

Abstract: There is plenty of room at the bottom to approach sub-femtometer vibrometry AIP Conf.Abstract. The heterodyne two-beam interferometer has been proven to be the optimal solution for laser-Doppler vibrometry regarding accuracy and signal robustness.
