Aprendizagem Organizacional No Setor Farmacêutico: Uma Análise Multinível a Partir Da Percepção Dos Gestores

Abstract: <p>Neste trabalho se teve o objetivo de compreender como ocorre o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem nos níveis individual, grupal e organizacional, a partir da percepção dos gestores de uma empresa do setor Farmacêutico.
