Aproveitamento da glicerina de biodiesel obtida a partir de óleo de fritura para o cultivo do fungo Aspergillus niger

Abstract: RESUMOGlicerina tem sido gerada em grandes quantidades como um subproduto da indústria do biodiesel. Este estudo teve por objetivo avaliar o crescimento do fungo Aspergillus niger em um meio contendo glicerina de biodiesel e compará-lo com aquele obtido em meios com glicerol e sacarose, uma matéria-prima já usada em processos microbianos industriais.
