The results of scientific research from different countries on examples of successful methods of distance learning using digital (online) tools for the successful professional self-development of psychologists are highlighted. There is little systematic data in the current scientific literature on the impact of the distance learning process on the professional self-esteem and self-development of psychologists. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the methods of professional self-development of psychologists in the countries of the European Union (EU). Analyzing the current scientific literature, we can see that during the pandemic, countries have switched to using online education as a resource for personal development. It is important to create conditions for high-quality education of psychologists and their personal and professional development for professional training. In the information society, professionals must understand, interpret and use scientific data, acquire new skills and solve problems.
