Are High-Quality Schools Enough to Increase Achievement Among the Poor? Evidence from the Harlem Children’s Zone

Abstract: The Baby College offers nine-week parenting workshops to expectant parents and those raising a child up to three years old.The Three Year Old Journey works with parents of children who have won the HCZ Promise Academy charter school lottery.
