Are Noradrenergic Transmission Reducing Drugs Antidepressants?

Abstract: Major depressive disorder (MDD) remains a significant public health problem worldwide, and revised treatment strategies are therefore urgently needed, including the creation of novel antidepressant compounds or using existing molecular entities in new ways.
