Abstract:The unique characteristics of an anti‐ambipolar switch (AAS) device exhibit Λ‐shaped transfer responses (namely delta conductance) and present unique opportunities to overcome the limit of silicon‐based, complementary metal‐oxide‐semiconductor (CMOS) logic circuits.
