As a result, CF 3 (b, 1249.8, 1083.7, 700.9 cm –1 ), SO 2 (d, 1351.5, 1152.6 cm –1 ), CH 3 (e, 611.1 cm –1 ), F 2 CO (f, 1940.2, 1912.6 cm –1 ), and H 2 CO (g, 1737.6 cm –1 ) were identified by IR spectroscopy. Additionally, a few new IR bands (c, Figure B) at 2958.7, 1464.0, 1145.9, 985.7, and 713.5 cm –1 were observed.…”
