Argonaut: A Web Platform for Collaborative Multi-omic Data Visualization and Exploration

Abstract: SUMMARY Researchers now generate large multi-omic datasets using increasingly mature mass spectrometry techniques at an astounding pace, facing new challenges of “Big Data” dissemination, visualization, and exploration.
