Abstract:This article describes the onset of arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, left-dominant form, in a pediatric patient that was initially regarded as dilated cardiomyopathy. This clinical case shows issues of the disease differential diagnosis and the need of complex approach to the patient’s examination including heart magnetic resonance imaging and molecular and genetic testing.
