Abstract:Post-traumatic arterio-bronchial fistula is a rare cause of life-threatening hemorrhage. We present a case of a ten-year-old patient with a post-traumatic subclavian artery pseudoaneurysm complicated by an arterio-bronchial fistula and occlusion of the subclavian artery. The patient was treated with a stent-graft. We present radiological images of the fistula and the evolution of the changes in subsequent follow-up examinations.
