Arthroscopic ePTFE Patch Repair for Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tears

Abstract: Introduction: Massive rotator cuff tears are difficult to manage. A treatment option is the use of a synthetic patch as an interpositional bridge to restore the continuity of the cuff defect.
