Arthroscopic Interposition Arthroplasty of the First Carpometacarpal Joint

Abstract: First carpometacarpal joint arthritis is a common condition encountered by hand surgeons. Traditionally, surgical approaches have included arthrodesis, trapeziectomy or reconstructive arthroplasty techniques.
