Arthroscopic suprascapular neurotomy for the painful irreparable rotator cuff tear

Abstract: Background: Massive irreparable rotator cuff tears are becoming increasingly difficult to manage. Methods: Patients were considered for treatment if they had a painful shoulder in the presence of a compensated cuff tear.
