Ascending Colon Leiomyoma: A Case Report of a Uncommon Case

Abstract: A small number of gastrointestinal smooth muscle tumors are caused by leiomyoma, which are uncommon in the colon. Typically, these tumors are benign and asymptomatic. They typically affect middle-aged and older populations. They are uncommon, making up about 3% of gastrointestinal leiomyomas.
