Abstract: Asherman's syndrome is a mysterious, multifaceted disease characterized by the formation ofintrauterine synechiae, up to complete obliteration of the uterine cavity. This is a very controversial topicbecause of its pronounced effect on both the reproductive prognosis (infertility, habitual miscarriage) andgynecological symptoms (menstrual dysfunction of the type of oligo-amenorrhea).
