Abstract:SummaryA 34-year-old man from Sao Tome and Principe, Africa, with a history of tuberculosis and alcohol ingestion greater than 100 g/day presented with progressively worsening dyspnoea, right upper quadrant pain and progressively increasing abdominal volume.
