The situation that concerns Mexico in the educational domain aims to leave behind those barriers that prevent the intercultural growth and development among managers, teachers, students and parents, which for many years was relegated by political, economic and social situations. Likewise, it has been identified that in order to achieve the goals set and obtain as a result a quality, inclusive, equitable, fair, empathetic and resilient education; first of all, it is necessary to recognize that a leader is the key to carry out diverse actions in favor of inclusive and intercultural education; Through his actions, skills and strategies, he tests a management profile that allows to generate within the educational institute under his charge, an optimal, comfortable, inclusive, respectful, free environment, among others; achieving that the staff and school community, have the certainty that they will be guided and accompanied during the academic process being the beginning of a collaborative work and proactive construction with the educational population.
