“…Each endoscopy department should have a detailed plan addressing the cleaning of rooms, including methods and chemical agents for cleaning and disinfecting the procedure space at the end of the daily procedures. The cleaning process should include cleaning of all surfaces in the procedure room in order to remove all soil and biofilm, followed by proper disinfection [16] noncritical patient-care equipment disinfection, we are currently using 1:100 dilution of household bleach and water [18].
