Asherman syndrome: risk factors, clinical criteria and diagnosis in current literature

Abstract: Asherman's syndrome is a condition characterized by the presence of uterine adhesions or uterine synechiae that are caused by unintentional trauma, severe infections or endometrial hypoxia in a pregnant uterus.
